Speaking Schedule! I’m here (and there, and there…) to help

Depending on whether you’re (A) me, or (B) you, the next few weeks are either (A) an insanely busy but enjoyable period of imparting knowledge, or (B) a wonderful opportunity to hear me speak at any of several different venues.

Here’s the summary (past events greyed out):

7/27 4:45PM CST – EDMPASS.

7/29 11:30AM CST – SQLLunch.com

7/29 11:00PM CST – DBAs@Midnight live (http://bit.ly/DBAShow)

8/6 – SQL Saturday #64 Baton Rouge

8/12-13 – Dallas TechFest

8/12, 8/19, 8/26 11:00PM CST – DBAs@Midnight live (http://bit.ly/DBAShow)

8/27 – SQL Saturday #90 OKC

This week, July 25-31 – virtual events!

I’m speaking via the intertubez at EDMPASS (“Edmonton’s SQL Server Community!”) on Wednesday, July 27th at 5:45pm Edmonton time (4:45 CST). I will be presenting my never-before-seen session, “Unraveling Tangled Code”.  This will be my first time presenting in Canada! I hope the translator understands my accent…

I am also presenting “Unraveling Tangled Code” at SQLLunch.com on Friday, July 29 at 11:30 AM CST. I will be presenting my almost-never-before-seen session, “Unraveling Tangled Code”.  This is my first time to present a SQL Lunch!  I don’t get why I have to eat while I’m presenting, but I’ll be sure to pick something that’s not crunchy. I’m considerate, after all.

And we’ll have our live webshow DBAs@Midnight as usual at 11pm CST on Friday. Come by http://bit.ly/DBAShow to hear tech tips and TWSS jokes.

Next week, August 1-7 – live & in person in Baton Rouge!

Sean and I will BOTH present (separately) on August 6 at SQL Saturday #64 Baton Rouge, which is in Baton Rouge (French for “Red Stick”). So THAT’s gonna be epic. I’m teaching two sessions: “T-SQL Brush-Up” and “Unraveling Tangled Code”; and Sean will teach “Beginning PowerShell for DBAs 1.0” and “Understanding Backups”.

And we’ll have our live webshow DBAs@Midnight as usual at 11pm CST that Friday, from Red Stick.

Next-next week, August 8-14 – thrillingly live in Dallas!

Sean and I will BOTH present (separately) on August 13 at Dallas TechFest, which is in Dallas (Latin for “crapmonkeys, it’s hot here!”). Doubly epic. I have two sessions on Saturday: “T-SQL Orientation: What is SQL Server, and What’s it For?”, and “Unraveling Tangled Code”. Sean is presenting “Powershell for Complete Beginners”, parts 1 and 2, AND a backups session, all on Friday.  That promises to be awesome.

I’m going to crib straight from Ryan Adam’s post here (emphasis added):

The conference does have a cost, but it’s only a $100 for two days of networking and the best in technology information.  That is a great value for two days of training, but let’s make it even better by giving you half off the price by using the code “TwoDays”.  That is two days of training and lunch for only $50!  Ooooh, I forgot to mention that lunch is included?….Your welcome.
And we’ll have our live webshow DBAs@Midnight as usual AGAIN at 11pm CST on Friday.

August 15-21 – I get a break!

But of course, we’ll have our live webshow DBAs@Midnight as usual at 11pm CST on Friday.

August 22-28 – stunningly in person in Oklahome City!

Sean and I will BOTH present (separately) on August 27 at SQL Saturday #90 OKC, which is in Oklahoma (Spanish for “Texas’ Canada”).  Double rainbow. My session is “Unraveling Tangled Code”, and Sean will present “The Backup Tune-up”.

And of course, we’ll have our live webshow DBAs@Midnight as usual at 11pm CST on Friday.

My my my, we’re busier than the periodic table.

Let me know in the comments if you plan to attend any of these events. See you everywhere!

-Jen
