When you have DBs with multiple files, you may need to spread your snapshot files across many different drives. Set up multifile snapshots in Minion.CheckDBSnapshotPath, by inserting multiple rows. You can set up one path per file, or one path per some files, and send the rest to FileName=’MinionDefault’.
Note: SQL Server does not allow you to specify the file location for snapshot log files. Also, you cannot specify a FILESTREAM file location.
